He, along with his half brother, Reneal, are the illegitimate sons of the late king, Dekros Evol. The spread false accusations about the royal family and convinced the people to revolt, slaying the king during the resulting chaos.The rest of the royal family was stripped of their title and became lower than nothing. Anything having to do with the Evols was to be avoided.

Cigam is a cannibalistic tyrant that revels in the misery and pain of others. He kills indiscriminately and loves bathe in ths blood of the fallen and consume their organs to gain more power. He's even taken part in eating his own children, and torturing others, sometimes for the hell of it, is considered enjoyable. On the flipside, he can be sweet, caring, and even loving to those that he holds very close.

His disposition is calmer than that of Reneal, and he can approach most situations without anger showing. He has achieved fhe Xaoc form of the Tenebris Fae, but he only uses the form if the situatikn calls for it, or if he becomes extremely enraged. His normal strengths usually suffice.
